Who We Are

The APA Caucus on Integrative Medicine is a special-interest group within the American Psychiatric Association.  We are  psychiatrists interested in all treatments that can benefit our patients.  We are committed to understanding not only conventional treatments of psychiatric medications and psychotherapy, but also "alternative" or "complementary" treatments, such as nutritional supplements or herbals, acupuncture, neurofeedback, among many others.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to further medical and public understanding of Integrative Medicine in Psychiatry.
We offer Webinars, Scientific Sessions, and listserv news updates.
We educate our patients, and the medical community.

Membership

Membership is open to all psychiatrists (MD's or DO's) in the U.S. and abroad.
